If Truck Driver English does not help you, ask within 7 days of paying and we refund the full $49. We do not ask why. Each person can get one refund.

How to ask

1. Open the contact page.
2. Choose "Refund" and write the email you paid with.

What happens next

• After we read your message asking for a refund, we send the refund to the card you paid with. The refund goes through Stripe, the company that handled your card payment.
• Stripe says the money usually shows on your statement in about 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your bank.
• As soon as we send the refund, your pass stops working.
