Who operates Truck Driver English

Truck Driver English is operated by Amotion Artificial Intelligence Developing LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "we" means this company.

What Truck Driver English is

Truck Driver English is a practice tool for spoken English at a US roadside inspection. It is not part of, or approved by, the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), the DOT (Department of Transportation) or the CVSA (Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance). Practising here does not guarantee that you will pass an inspection.

Never use Truck Driver English while you drive. Practise only when the truck is parked.

Free practice

You can do one free practice stop each day. Free answer checking is limited to 30 answers a day per internet connection.

The 30-day pass

• One payment of $49 (US dollars). No subscription, nothing renews.
• The pass starts when you pay and ends 30 days later.
• It includes unlimited practice stops and all lessons by topic. We check up to 120 answers a day per pass. After 120 answers, we stop checking your answers until the next day. You can still practise and see example answers.
• The pass is for one person. You get a backup code on the screen right after you pay. Take a screenshot to keep it. You may open the pass on any phone that belongs to you. To do that, type the email you paid with on the "Already paid?" page, or use the backup code there. With your email, you can open the pass up to 2 times in 24 hours, and up to 6 times in total while the pass is active. Each time you type your email on that page counts as one time. The backup code has no limit on how many times you can use it to open the pass.

Answer checking

Answers are checked by automatic tools. They can be wrong. Use the feedback as practice advice, not as a test result.

Refunds

Changes

We may change or improve Truck Driver English. If we stop the service while your pass is active, we will refund your payment.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as those laws apply in Dubai. Any dispute about them will be decided by the Dubai Courts.
